The Trump administration initially was ridiculed when it suggested the United States could get to three percent growth, but growth is already ahead of schedule, Office of Management and Budget Director Mick Mulvaney said Tuesday. Donald Trump Jr. is targeting four key states in planning out his aggressive campaign schedule to help Republicans keep their congressional majorities ahead of the midterms, Axios is reporting. First stop: West Virginia, in support of Attorney General Patrick Morrisey who earned the party's nomination earlier this week. Trump Jr. is also planning rallies and fundraising trips to Montana, Missouri and Indiana, Axios reports. All four states are crucial to maintaining — if not growing — Republicans' majority in the Senate. Further, all four are home to vulnerable Democratic incumbents in states that his father, President Donald Trump, won by 10 points or more in 2016. The petitioners prayed that the court should summon the records which led to the order recognizing Banjaras as Scheduled Tribe in the Telangana areas of Andhra Pradesh while claiming that no study, social or economic assessment was ever done before granting them the said status. Conference USA announced on Thursday that not only will Kiffin and the Owls play four of their 12 games on national networks, but another four will air exclusively on Facebook by either CBS Sports Network or Stadium. The grievance of the petitioners arises from the fact that even as the review of the controversial verdict of the Supreme Court in Dr. Subhash Kashinath Mahajan lies pending, the Amendment was cleared by the Lok Sabha on August 6, rendering the judgment redundant. By way of the Amendment, a new section 18A has been inserted in the Act of 1989, which does away with the court-imposed requirements of undertaking a preliminary inquiry and of procuring approval prior to making an arrest. It also restores the unconditional ban on the grant of anticipatory bail in the event of an offence under the Act.
