A MUM lives in fear because she has been forced to raise her children in a London tower block which is full of gang members who fight in the stairwell. A LITTLE girl has been rushed to hospital after falling from a flat window today. The two-year-old toddler suffered head injuries following the fall from the first floor property. Police were called to Logie Street in Dundee about 10.15am. One horrified witness saw the tot lying on the pavement like a "little doll" after falling from the first floor property. The incident took place Tuesday in the Indian state of Chhattisgarh. According to reports, the infant was being transported to a hospital as he needed a cardiac surgery. When the child's father Ambika Kumar tried to open the ambulance door he found that it was jammed.
