Instead, they agreed to set the 10-part series, which begins streaming June 7, in today’s different — and costly — Bay Area environment. With Laura Linney signed on to return as the show’s likable protagonist, Mary Ann Singleton, executive producers … [Read more...] about ‘Tales of the City’ is back — in a much different San Francisco

Grab the tissues and take a gander: — “The Affair” (Showtime): Montauk will never be the same. All the emotionally wrenching drama will cease after a fifth season coming later this year. The show will make a substantial time jump and introduce Anna Paquin (“True Blood”) as the daughter of Alison (Ruth Wilson) and Cole (Joshua … [Read more...] about The farewell shows: Which TV series are ending this year?

In honor of "Love Your Body" week, TODAY shared Dascha Polanco's wise words. The actress, who plays Dayanara Diaz on Netflix's "Orange Is the New Black," made a big splash at New York Fashion Week in 2016 by wearing a thigh-baring, skin-tight bodysuit. To tell you the truth, when I first arrived at New York Fashion Week wearing a tight bodysuit that completely revealed my thighs, I was a little nervous. I kept on covering myself up with my jacket and I just didn't feel ready. There was no pool there, no beach ... so shouldn't I cover up? That's when I decided to own it. For me, it was this realization that I'm not getting any younger. Sure, I'm working on stuff. Sure, I'm a work in progress. But this is who I am right now, and I want to be free. Just let go. That's something so many of us … [Read more...] about ‘Orange is the New Black’ Actress Dascha Polanco on Why She Loves Her Thighs
