TOM Hardy whizzes around West London on a scooter before picking up a CBE from Prince Charles at Buckingham Palace. The actor was snapped on the kids toy wearing a hoody, baseball cap and shorts as he sped around near his home yesterday. But he scrubbed up today in a smart navy suit and matching tie as he received a CBE from Charles. He teamed his dapper look with brogues and slicked back hair. Her companion Dodi Fayed and driver and security guard Henri Paul were also killed in the crash, while her bodyguard Trevor Rees-Jones survived with horrific injuries. But a Facebook group - entitled The Dead Di Drawing Party - has dedicated itself to making vile jokes about the tragedy, with users even putting their extensive photoshop skills to use in a bid to mock Diana's death for "likes". A meme one user shared shows Diana's face and reads: "Asked whether she was gutted about missing Harry's wedding, she said she was still in pieces." Another mockup shows The Queen holding a Scalextric box imitating the Paris crash with the caption: "When you've been a good girl all year."
