A jilted man's revenge attack on his ex-fiancée failed miserably after he was hammered for his crude advert selling her wedding dress on Facebook Marketplace for a fiver. Many told his former bride-to-be that she had a 'lucky escape' after he tried to flog the gown online while slagging her off in the process. The post went viral due to the man's savage put downs but many didn't find him funny at all and called him out for fat-shaming. The man called Chris hinted at infidelity but that didn't stop people sticking up for the woman, BirminghamLive report. A bride who spent just £19 on her wedding dress has shown off the gown's impressive transformation after she customised it using recycled fabric and some deeply personal touches. Maranda Vandergriff got married in late 2020 and took to TikTok to share a video that detailed the process her dress went through from the moment she bought it up until the day she wore it to tie the knot with her husband. The woman, from the US, said she found the dress in a Goodwill thrift store for $24 (£19.50) before she was even engaged to her now-husband , and decided to pick it up anyway. A woman claims to have recently found herself uninvited to her own sister-in-law's upcoming wedding after the bride-to-be informed her that she wanted 'all eyes to be on me, not you'. Although she said that she'd be happy to 'skip makeup and wear a simple dress' so as not to outshine the bride on her big day, her sister-in-law wasn't having any of it. According to the dismissed wedding guest, her sister-in-law has always been jealous of her appearance, commenting on her clothes and make-up, and telling her she should dress her age - despite her only being 24. A determined woman refused to sulk when her wedding had to be postponed due to Covid , and used the extra time to lose more than 11 stone ahead of her new big day. Melissa Williams, from Bridgend, south Wales, was heartbroken when the pandemic scuppered her plans to wed fiancé Chris in the summer of 2020. Stephanie Russell, 52, of Louisville, Kentucky , contacted someone on May 15 who she allegedly hired to murder her ex-husband, according to court records.
