The North American Aerospace Defense Command is tracking Santa Claus as he makes his Christmas Eve journey across the globe.  Click here to watch Santa's progress.  The NORAD Santa Tracker, which went live just after midnight on Christmas Eve, uses satellite systems, high-powered radars and jet fighters, to follow Saint Nick as he makes his Yuletide journey around the world. Just after 8 a.m. ET, Santa was seen delivering gifts across Papua New Guinea. Last November 12th-13th marked the LMA New England Chapter’s Annual Conference. There’s a pressing need for a tool that can monitor and archive everything a law firm’s client says and does on social media, given that more and more e-discovery demands are including data generated by employee mobile devices.More than 41 percent of firms surveyed last year reported having to preserve or collect such data to satisfy litigation or inves-tigation needs, according to Fulbright’s 9th Annual Litigation Trends Report.
