The additional hours, which start Sunday, follow the county’s addition last year of year-round Sunday hours to Robert Trail Library in Rosemount, Wentworth Library in West St. Paul and Wescott Library in Eagan. Fox News' Juan Williams Monday defended his criticisms of President Donald Trump's effect on the economy, saying they weren't a personal attack on the president and explaining the circumstances behind Trump's claims that he'd once asked him to take a picture of the two of them.  After Williams' comments on Fox News Sunday, the president called him "pathetic" in a tweet and claimed "he asked me to take a picture of him and me for his family."
