A teenage student was arrested Wednesday afternoon at Pleasant Valley High School in Brodheadsville after he posted a threat on internet social media, police said.The threat was reported 12:54 p.m., state police at Fern Ridge said. School police officers immediately identified the author and detained him, police said.Trooper Chris Tomlinson said the boy has been charged with making terroristic threats. With all precincts reporting, Rivas had 41.9 percent of the votes, Benitez 22 percent. Democrat Antonio Sanchez was third with 18.7 percent, Democrat Patty Lopez fourth with 9.9 percent. Five Democrats and one Republican were running in Assembly District 39, where Democrats outnumber Republicans 52.6 percent to 14.8 percent (with 27.6 percent declaring no party preference) in the latest voter-registration statistics. With all precincts reporting Tuesday, Gabriel, an attorney, had 32 percent of the votes among eight candidates, and Clark, a Cal State Northridge political science student who was the only Republican in the race. had 27.1 percent. Democrat Tricia Robbins Kasson was third with 16 percent, Democrat Ankur Patel fourth with 10.1 percent, and independent Dennis Zine fifth with 8.5 percent.
