Property advisory firm Davis Coffer Lyons has been brought in to assess the future of its 13 stores. The strategic review will also look into the production unit at Park Royal. No decision has yet been made and any changes to the artisanal bakery are only at consultation stage. But the announcement places roughly 300 jobs at risk. The company employed 275 staff and made a loss of £2.9 million in the year to 31 December, 2014. The business was founded by Michelin star chef Raymond Blanc in 1981. It is now owned by Fadwa Al Homaizi’s Kout Food Investments, which also owns motorway cafe chain Little Chef and Costa Coffee. A BURLY builder was left needing plastic surgery after being glassed in a club by a petite mum. Sam Litherland, 33, first had a drink thrown over him by mum-of-three Cherelle Brown.
