A juvenile was hospitalized after being hit by a car that ran a red light Saturday morning in north Colorado Springs.The child, whose gender and age were not available, was in a Lexus turning onto Interstate 25 from the eastbound lanes of Woodmen Road when another Lexus going west ran a red light and T-boned the other car, police said. Police: Two drivers arrested in fatal crash in south downtown Colorado Springs were racing at 70 mphBoth vehicles spun, and the child was thrown from the Lexus. A man killed in a crash last week southeast of downtown Colorado Springs has been identified as Norman Giddings, the El Paso County Coroner's Office said.The 64-year-old's death is the 45th of the 46 traffic fatalities in what has become a unprecedented year on the roads. With a month and a half left in the year, the city has already surpassed the record of traffic deaths set in 1986 by three.Giddings was heading north on South Nevada Avenue in a gray sedan and attempted to turn left onto Cimarron Street about 6:30 a.m. Friday. “God must hate me”: Post Malone’s Rolls-Royce T-boned weeks after plane incident
Post Malone was involved in a minor crash early Friday in California, just weeks after he aboard a plane that made an emergency landing in New York, CBS Los Angeles reports. The hip-hop artist was uninjured. Post Malone's white Rolls Royce was T-boned by a Kia at 2:45 a.m. local time in West Hollywood, police said. The 23-year-old rapper's assistant was driving, while Post Malone was in the passenger's seat. There was a couple and another man in the Kia, CBS Los Angeles reports. They also were not injured. But the frequency of accidents he's been involved in wasn't lost on Post Malone. "First almost a plane, now almost a car," he remarked to the news station. "God must hate me lol," he wrote in a tweet after the accident. A 5-month-old boy died early Saturday after his panicked family sparked a crash as they sped him to a Staten Island hospital after finding him unconscious, police said.
