A DEVASTATED pal of a former F1 grid girl who was killed in a horror crash last week has told how she was angry at racing chiefs for axing her role. Kate Woodcock, 30 — described in tearful tributes as a "one-in-a-million girl" — died when her BMW crashed into a wall near her home in Walsall, West Mids, on Thursday night. She had travelled the world as a grid girl for world champs Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel.
