A man named Faisal Hussain has gone on a gun rampage in Toronto, killing two, wounding 13. Supporters of Rep. Dana Rohrabacher, R-Calf., finally had something to smile about on Tuesday morning, as the latest poll of Californias’ 48th District in Orange County showed the controversial congressman taking the lead over Democrat Harley Rouda. According to the just-completed Monmouth University poll, Rohrabacher, who won his first term in 1988, edged businessman and first-time candidate Rouda by 50 to 48 percent districtwide. The same poll in July showed Rouda beating Rohrabacher by 47 to 45 percent — a stunning result in one of the two most Republican U.S. House districts in the Golden State.
