Las Vegas was hit with fresh flash floods Thursday night just two weeks after casinos and hotels in the tourist hotspot were flooded with water during torrential rainfall. In video shared on social media, floodwater could be seen pouring into a one casino, while a parking garage appeared transformed into a fast-moving river. Sharing video of water pummeling down onto the blackjack tables of Planet Hollywood's casino, one Twitter user, Sean Sable, wrote: "You’re not going to believe this, but I’m not sure if it’s raining more inside @PHVegas or outside." Alexander, 40, recorded himself breaking into the star's Southern California property on Instagram live as wedding preparations were underway for Spears' nuptials with Sam Asghari, before being apprehended by security, whom he battered. A Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputy was arrested Friday on suspicion of child sex abuse, authorities said. Sean Jerome Essex, 51, was booked into jail at 11:10 a.m., records show. He was released at 4 p.m. on $100,000 bail. Essex was arrested on suspicion of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14 years old, and committing oral copulation with a child under the age of 14, according to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department. Investigators with the department’s Internal Criminal Investigations Bureau and Special Victims Bureau started looking into the deputy after receiving a report of suspected child abuse, the agency said. Jason Alexander, who was married to Spears for less than three days in 2004, was convicted of aggravated trespass and battery after a security guard told a California court he got inside the singer's home and tried to enter her bedroom, which she was locked inside at the time.
