Picture: Rui Vieira/PA Wire Archant TalkTalk’s customer service is the worst among broadband providers, while Vodafone and Virgin Mobile have turned in below-average scores among mobile companies, an Ofcom survey has found. According to the regulator’s “most comprehensive” survey into telecoms customer service, TalkTalk customers are less likely to recommend their provider to a friend and their overall satisfaction is below average. Ofcom said TalkTalk customers are less satisfied with reliability, more likely to have a reason to complain and less satisfied with how their complaints are handled than any other provider. A 9th grader at the Vân Hồ secondary school, Hiển has classes every morning and four extra classes on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and Friday and Sunday evenings. It’s likely that the 2018 law school applicant pool will be the largest this year since the 2011-12 admissions cycle, and it appears that there will be a significant increase of applicants with LSAT scores of at least 165, Jerry Organ writes at TaxProf Blog.A professor at the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Organ’s data is from the Law School Admission Council’s Current Volume Report, which runs through late January. The Delhi High Court on Tuesday held that the sitting for an examination by a student in the successive academic year, by reason of his inability to write the examination as per the schedule of the curriculum on account of circumstances beyond his control, shall still qualify as the student’s ‘first attempt’. The High Court also observed that the University could not deprive the student of the award for achieving the highest score in the batch on the ground that he took the examination in respect of two papers in the following year.The present petitioner was enrolled in the 5 year course of B.A.LL.B in the year 2010 at the Amity Law School affiliated to the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
