Two South Florida DMV workers are facing a number of charges after authorities say they gave driver's licenses to people who didn't complete the state's driving exam. Lori Andre, 32, and Brittany Renee Jones, 29, were arrested Tuesday on charges including racketeering, official misconduct, driver license fraud and offenses against intellectual property, arrest warrants showed.
