A MURDER suspect arrested after a schoolgirl was stabbed to death appeared in court today charged with failing to disclose his Facebook password to cops. Family friend Stephen Nicholson, 24, had been held by cops on suspicion of murder and sexual activity with a child after 13-year-old Lucy McHugh was found dead. He was later been bailed and told that he must not enter Southampton but has now been charged with failing to disclose access codes to an electronic device. Nicholson was remanded in custody after appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court today to face the charge under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA). The tattooist and care assistant worked alongside Lucy's careworker mum Stacey, 30, and had been living with the family in recent months. The head of the agency said the landslide pushed 5000 cubic meters of mud and rocks down the highway where the accident occurred. The highway winds between the cities of Pasto and Tumaco in Narino province, along the border with Ecuador. Search and rescue was underway for survivors. Eshwar Pavade’s body lay next to his freshly dug grave on Thursday ready to be interred when his relative found out that the "dead" man was breathing. According to the Times of India, a grieving family member was lying across the dead man’s chest when he felt the breathing. Within seconds, everyone noticed that the man slightly opened his eyes.
