A MURDER suspect arrested after a schoolgirl was stabbed to death appeared in court today charged with failing to disclose his Facebook password to cops. Family friend Stephen Nicholson, 24, had been held by cops on suspicion of murder and sexual activity with a child after 13-year-old Lucy McHugh was found dead. He was later been bailed and told that he must not enter Southampton but has now been charged with failing to disclose access codes to an electronic device. Nicholson was remanded in custody after appearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court today to face the charge under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA). The tattooist and care assistant worked alongside Lucy's careworker mum Stacey, 30, and had been living with the family in recent months. The highway winds between the cities of Pasto and Tumaco in Narino province, along the border with Ecuador. Search and rescue was underway for survivors. The deceased included a newborn baby, Reuters reported.More than 1,100 police personnel and soldiers were deployed for rescue operations in 17 affected neighborhoods.
