Deep State types such as Susan Rice are likely behind the FBI’s raid of former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, Carl Paladino, a Republican upstate New York businessman who is running for Congress in New York’s 23rd Congressional District, told Breitbart News Saturday . He contended that it would have to be someone other than President Biden, who “isn’t there” but, rather, is vacationing “all the time.” “RINOs” do not want change in Washington, DC, Paladino said as he described the current Republican Caucus in the House as a “disaster,” pointing to the Trump era as an example of how to get things done. “People admired him [Trump] for that tenacity,” going after the system every day, Paladino said, particularly “fighting the Washington swamp.” “[If] he had another term, [he] would be able to do wonderful things for this country,” the candidate said, explaining that he, too, hopes to bring that sort of leadership to the nation’s capital. However, there are currently so many … [Read more...] about Exclusive — Carl Paladino: Susan Rice Likely Behind Mar-a-Lago Raid

BJP will only get two seats in Bihar in the next Lok Sabha election: RJD leader Manoj K. Jha
Senior RJD leader and Rajya Sabha MP Manoj K. Jha speaks to The Hindu days ahead of cabinet formation in Bihar. The coming together of RJD and JD(U) Mr. Jha, asserts will leave BJP with just two-seats in 2024 Lok Sabha polls from Bihar. Presently the BJP has 17 out of the 40 seats in the State and NDA together which included JD(U) has 39 of the 40. What prompted RJD to go back on its own assertions to never tie-up again with Nitish Kumar and the JD(U)? All such assertions have to be seen in the present context. We had to take into account the events of Maharashtra where BJP’s machinations led to fall of an elected government or Jharkhand where Hemant Soren government was threatened. In Bihar, too there is ample evidence that BJP was out to finish JD(U) and break other parties too. In that context, all those assertions have to be revisited. Ultimately what is politics meant for, to make sure, that Constitution and Democracy is protected and preserved. It was in this backdrop … [Read more...] about BJP will only get two seats in Bihar in the next Lok Sabha election: RJD leader Manoj K. Jha
Hope India Reiterate Its Support for One-China Policy, Says Envoy Amid Taiwan Tensions
China on Saturday called for India to reiterate its support for the ‘One-China’ policy in the backdrop of the crisis in the Taiwan Strait, a day after New Delhi suggested that there was no need for any “reiteration” on it. The comments by Chinese Ambassador Sun Weidong came amid escalating tension between China and Taiwan following US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s visit to the self-governing island last week. On the eastern Ladakh border standoff, the envoy said both sides should maintain dialogue and work for a mutually acceptable solution even as he noted that Beijing will work hard to bring the bilateral ties back to the “right track”. “My understanding is that India’s ‘One China’ policy has not changed…We hope that India can reiterate support for the ‘One China principle,” he told a group of journalists. At a media briefing on Friday, External Affairs Ministry Spokesperson Arindam Bagchi avoided mentioning the ‘One-China’ policy, noting that India’s position on “relevant” … [Read more...] about Hope India Reiterate Its Support for One-China Policy, Says Envoy Amid Taiwan Tensions
Editor Daily Rundown: Mask Confusion
MASK CONFUSION… NY TIMES… DAVID LEONHARDT: A Confusing Message — The C.D.C. recommends indoor masking for the vaccinated, but only in some places. As you can see, most of the Northeast and upper Midwest, as well as much of the West, have only “moderate” or “low” transmission. If that stays true, vaccinated residents in those places can generally remain unmasked, the C.D.C. says. […] Breakthrough infections among the vaccinated appear to be only a modest reason that the number of new cases has been rising, as I explained in Monday’s newsletter. When vaccinated people do get the virus, they are less likely to pass it on to others — and much less likely to get very sick. […] The country was polarized long before Covid. But the C.D.C. has not maximized its chances of being heard, either. That’s the communication problem I mentioned above. Its announcement of the new guidelines was both vague and technical, making it hard for many nonexperts to understand. The agency … [Read more...] about Editor Daily Rundown: Mask Confusion
