Winter is slowly waving us goodbye, and we are all set to welcome spring and its glory. With it comes the classic trend of florals. It looks like Kriti Sanon has already revamped her closet for the season. The actress is currently busy with the promotions of her upcoming film, Shehzada. For one of her promotional looks, Kriti kept things stylish with her white summer dress. Its plunging neckline and three-fourth balloon sleeves added a chic touch to her ensemble. The flowy silhouette had floral patterns in blue, orange, and pink. It also had a backless midriff-baring detail with a simple knot, which further elevated the style quotient of the dress. Ideal spring fashion goals? Totally. Kriti accessorized her outfit with nude stilettos, gold ear studs, and a diamond ring. She left her middle-parted hair open in wavy curls. Turkey earthquake: Gaziantep Castle—dating back to Roman Empire—collapses
A 7.8 magnitude earthquake shook southern Turkey and northern Syria on Monday morning, destroying buildings and killing more than 1,000 people . Among the rubble lie the remains of an ancient landmark that was built more than 2,000 years ago. Gaziantep Castle, which lies in the middle of the city of the same name in the south of Turkey, was leveled by the earthquake. The east, south and southeast parts of the historical castle in the central Şahinbey district were destroyed by the earthquake, and debris was scattered on the road, reported state-run Anadolu Agency, adding that the retaining wall also collapsed. The structure was originally built as a small observation point by the Hittite Empire in the second millennium B.C, but was later expanded by the Roman Empire in the second and third century A.D. The fortress underwent additional expansion and renovation in the sixth century, under the Byzantine Empire of Justinian I, to become the castle that was visited by tourists. … [Read more...] about Turkey earthquake: Gaziantep Castle—dating back to Roman Empire—collapses

Warzone 2 Season 2 release date delay rumours has players pining for Resurgence
Warzone 2 is in quite a state right now. There's been a significant drop in active players, bugs aplenty, no Resurgence map, and there's still no way to check your K/D stats. The next big Call of Duty Warzone 2 update was expected to drop on Wednesday, February 1, as this coincides with the Warzone 2 Season 1 Battle Pass expiry date; so it would make sense that this date could signal the start of Warzone 2 Season 2 . Which we've all been looking forward to thanks to recent reports that suggest the upcoming season could finally see the Warzone 2 Resurgence map . Warzone 2 Season 2 release date confirmed alongside two new maps including Resurgence
After trying to nail down the Warzone 2 Season 2 release date based on community speculation and tidbits from leakers, Activision has dropped official confirmation alongside news of a brand new map. Warzone 2 players have been mourning the loss of Resurgence since it disappeared from the original Warzone at the launch of 2.0. The hope was that it would eventually make its way to Warzone 2 in the second season, and that's exactly what's happening. And if that wasn't enough of a treat, a "brand new small map" is making its debut as well. When is Resurgence coming back, you ask? Both it and the new map will roll out at the launch of Warzone 2's Season 2 on Wednesday, February 15. That lines up with the most recent rumour around the second season's launch date, which pegged it as mid-February based on the date the Season 1 Scavenger bundle ends. As for an exact release time, we're expecting Warzone 2 Season 2 to go live at 6pm GMT / 1pm ET / 10am PT on the designated date, … [Read more...] about Warzone 2 Season 2 release date confirmed alongside two new maps including Resurgence

Russian offensive “possible” on 1-year anniversary of war: Ukraine defense
The first anniversary of the Russia-Ukraine war happens in less than three weeks, and Ukraine has announced it anticipates possible Russian offensives to commemorate the date. Ukraine Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said that Russia "likes symbolism" and that strikes on February 24, 2023, on the war's anniversary wouldn't be far-fetched. "We still, of course, expect possible offensives from the Russians, because it's February, they like symbolism - February 24 will be a year since this invasion began, the open stage of the Ukrainian-Russian war, which began in 2014," Reznikov said Sunday at a press conference. "That's why we expect this pressure. We are ready, the Armed Forces are ready, the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief is constantly monitoring, so there are no unexpected things for you and me." Russia began positioning troops along the Ukrainian border in late January 2022, particularly along Ukraine's eastern and northeastern boundaries.
