Jim Renacci. Overall, the new numbers show advantages for Democrats in enthusiasm and on the generic ballot in a state where President Donald Trump and Republican Sen. Rob Portman won easily in 2016. "Two years have made a big difference in the outlook of Ohio voters," Dr. Lee M. Miringoff, the director of the Marist College Institute for Public Opinion. Ari Natter, Bloomberg Published 8:11 am PDT, Friday, September 7, 2018 Nevada's nail-biter of a Senate race could end up benefiting Tesla and other makers of electric vehicles. Republican Sen. Dean Heller, who is engaged in a reelection fight with Democratic challenger Jacky Rosen, is preparing legislation that would extend a lucrative $7,500 per vehicle federal tax credit that has stoked demand for electric cars. The measures would remove an existing 200,000 vehicle per … [Read more...] about Tesla may ultimately be the winner in Nevada’s ‘toss-up’ Senate race
