The member of the public reported the find just before 5am on Thursday. It's thought the body was discovered by a man out walking his dog on the beach in Newcastle. The promenade in the Co Down town has been sealed off. However, at this stage it is not thought the discovery is being treated as suspicious. The 22-year-old from Stoke-on-Trent, in England, was jailed for 11 years and two months and has his name put in the sex offenders register for life.Khan raped his victim in April 2017 and recorded the attack on social media sharing app Snapchat. He then sent the 10-second clip to the victim’s friends and boasted about it. He raped the victim at his parents’ house in Heron Cross after a night out.The man appeared at the Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on Thursday where the court was informed of his attack and the video. A man who was beaten on an episode of Jersey Shore is suing to prevent Tuesday’s planned DVD release of the first season as well as any re-airings of both that episode and a subsequent one in which cast member Ronnie Ortiz-Magro “brags about the beating.”Stephen Izzo Jr. filed the suit in New Jersey Superior Court against both MTV and cast member Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, saying they shouldn’t be able to profit from criminal conduct, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Izzo’s attorney, Eugene M. LaVergne from Eatontown, N.J., is also seeking an order to stop Ortiz-Magro from receiving any further payments as a Jersey Shore cast member so that he does not personally profit from criminal conduct.The Asbury Park Press reports that Ortiz-Magro was charged with aggravated assault in September, and that the charge is pending.
