Johann van der Merwe, head of the Engineering Design Department at ETH Zurich, talks about the project overview given his students for a possible new San Jose Light Tower. A gathering was held on Sept. 5 at the Capital Club to highlight potential innovative designs for a new light tower in the city of San Jose and to show examples of some the best designs from ETH Zurich University. The Radburn Association, Inc. that the New Jersey Planned Real Estate Development Full Disclosure Act (PREDFDA) does not provide membership in governing associations for all homeowners was upheld on appeal.
