PIPERS have set off Armistice Day tributes to a touching start as Britain lights up its landmarks to honour fallen soldiers. At 6am today, bagpipe players performed the moving song, Battle's O'er at 2,000 locations including churches and memorials across the country to mark the signing of the Armistice. Silhouettes of soldiers have illuminated the likes of Marble Arch, Tate Modern, Edinburgh Castle and HMS Belfast. The body of the 13-year-old was found in woodland at Southampton Sports Centre on July 26. She had been stabbed to death. Hampshire Police are still appealing for information from the public as they attempt to piece together the teenager’s final movements.
