ATM robbery attempt in Erode fails as alarm goes off
An unidentified man’s attempt to break open an automated teller machine (ATM) of a nationalised bank at Punjai Puliyampatti in Sathyamangalam taluk in the early hours of Monday failed, after the centre’s alarm went off. The State Bank of India branch is located on Madampalayam Road, and has two ATM machines and an automatic passbook printing machine. The unguarded ATM centre is equipped with two CCTVs cameras inside and two facing the road. Around 2.30 a.m., the branch officials and Puliyampatti police received alert messages from the centre. At the beginning of the run, the lineup was tighter and mightier than ever, playing Coachella with the grit of a band determined to solidify its legacy while collecting paychecks and playing venues exponentially bigger than those it hit during its initial run. If you saw Pavement at the end of the tour, though, you saw a band going through the same issues that led it to break up in the first place. At the Hollywood Bowl on the second-to-last-night of that run, the tension onstage between Stephen Malkmus and the rest of the band was palpable; it was a miracle they got through that show, not to mention the four that followed it, before calling it quits again, seemingly forever. A yoga instructor has shared her experience being body-shamed while trying to attend an advanced class at a yoga studio. Tiffany Crociani, who goes by the username @tiffanycroww on TikTok , recounted the interaction that she recently had at a yoga studio in a video posted to the app last week. In the video, Crociani, who is a yoga teacher and who has been practising yoga for more than 17 years, reenacted an “actual conversation” that took place between herself and the receptionist at a yoga studio she had never been to before. In the clip, Crociani began by recalling how she’d asked to check in for the yoga class upon her arrival at the studio, at which point she was asked whether she realised “this was a more advanced class”.
