It's been 10 years since the sudden death of Michael Jackson sent shockwaves around the world, but the pop superstar's legacy remains as complicated as ever. Though Jackson was accused of inappropriate behavior by multiple boys while he was alive, an explosive HBO documentary released earlier this year put renewed attention on the allegations against the artist. "Leaving Neverland" focused on the stories of two men — Wade Robson and James Safechuck — who say Jackson abused them for years when they were kids. Even for Robson and Safechuck, what Michael Jackson means to them remains complicated. Earlier this year, Safechuck told "CBS This Morning" co-host Gayle King he "really can't answer" how he feels about him today. "Leaving Neverland": Where were the moms of Michael Jackson's accusers? "A lot of mixed feelings. There's still — there's still a bit of love and there's still — it's almost like a guilt for saying the truth, like I've betrayed him," … [Read more...] about Michael Jackson: Can we separate the art from the artist?

SINGER Aaron Carter has claimed he had his "own experience" with Michael Jackson after previously rejecting allegations in the bombshell doc Leaving Neverland. The 31-year-old singer previously said the film’s accusers were out for cash — but now he has admitted he "was a little aggressive when I talked about it first”. Carter, who was pals with Jacko as a teenage boy and stayed at the singer's bedroom, initially said he wanted to "punch" Leaving Neverland accuser Wade Robson. But now, speaking to TMZ, Carter said: "To be honest, after seeing everyone’s story unfold, I was a little aggressive when I talked about it at first. "I mean, everyone has their own stories and everyone has their own situations so I can’t really take away from that. "In regards to that situation, I actually have my own experience that happened with Michael, so I’mma be talking about that in the future." Carter did not elaborate on this but revealed he was penning a book about … [Read more...] about Michael Jackson’s child star pal Aaron Carter reveals he’ll expose his own experiences with ‘paedo’ singer in new memoir
JOE Jackson made his son Michael dance barefoot on a hot stove to make him move faster while performing, a former colleague has claimed. The troubled superstar, who died in 2009, thrilled fans with his incredible dancing and elaborate choreography in his groundbreaking music videos. But according to producer Rudi Dolezal, who worked with Michael Jackson for years, the star’s monster father Joseph boasted proudly of how he abused his son as a child. The music video maker told Page Six: “He put the 4-year-old on a hot stovetop barefoot. “The way he told it, he was not regretting it. I felt really sorry for Michael.” Dolezal, who first met Jacko when he filmed the Dangerous tour in Munich in 1992, said the controversial singer became obsessed with his plastic surgery because he didn’t want to look like his dad. He added: “He hated his father.” Despite his relationship with Jackson, who died in 2009, Dolezal praised explosive documentary Leaving … [Read more...] about Michael Jackson’s monster dad Joe would make star stand barefoot on hot oven hobs as a boy to improve his dancing, producer claims
MICHAEL Jackson was still being physically abused by his depraved father Joe during his Thriller heyday, his sister LaToya claimed. It’s no secret that the troubled superstar, who died in 2009, was thrashed and throttled by his amateur boxer dad when he was a child. However, in the early 90s his sister LaToya revealed that Joseph, the ruthless manager of The Jackson Five, continued to batter his sons when they were adults. Speaking on TV show Live with Regis and Kathie Lee, she said: “My brothers were grown and my father would take his fists and punch them and knock them down the steps constantly.” She then claimed that Michael was still being “beat” by Joseph during the success of his iconic records Off The Wall and 1982's Thriller – the latter of which is the biggest selling album of all time. LaToya said: “Michael was doing…Off The Wall, Thriller and he was still getting beat. “But what you guys see is him up on the awards, … [Read more...] about Michael Jackson was still being physically abused by monster dad Joe during 1982 Thriller heyday, sister LaToya claims
LATOYA Jackson alleged her monster father Joe Jackson began sexually abusing her “very badly” when she was just 11-years-old. The singer made the revelations back in the early 90s shortly before she slammed her superstar brother Michael Jackson for “sleeping with little boys.” It’s no secret that amateur boxer Joe, who was also the manager of the family pop group The Jackson Five, used to sadistically batter his young children. However, little is known about the alleged sexual abuse which LaToya claims her and her older sister Rebbie suffered at the hands of their twisted father – who died last year aged 89. In her 1991 memoir, the singer, now aged 62, claimed her mother Katherine knew her father sexually abused her and her sibling. She wrote: “When your father gets out of bed with your mother and gets into bed with his daughter and you hear the mother saying, ‘No, Joe, not tonight. “Let her rest. Leave her alone, she’s … [Read more...] about Michael Jackson’s sister La Toya Jackson describes how monster dad Joe sexually abused her ‘very badly’ from age 11
