Treasonous, appalling, disgustingRe: "Texas lawmakers condemn remarks — Cornyn urges president to be 'clear-eyed' with Russian chief," Tuesday news story. The GOP's modest response to President Donald Trump's surrender at Helsinki show just why you need to vote this November. My vote is for America and for its allies. Fox News' Sean Hannity still applauds anything Trump, even as he attacks America's law enforcement and intelligence agencies. Is this Trump's way of putting America first? Of making America great again? More like making Americans gag over what he has done and continues to do to our country. Listen to the voices calling him "treasonous," "appalling" and "disgusting."Time to vote out the GOP! Kimberley A. Martin, The Washington Post Published 12:51 pm, Monday, May 21, 2018 Don't be so quick to write off Jordan Reed, said Vernon Davis. The elder statesman of the Washington Redskins' tight end group - and, let's face it, the entire team - came to the defense of Reed, whose NFL production has been curtailed by injury. "I wouldn't really count Jordan out. I'd say Jordan's in," the 34-year-old Davis said on Monday, before hitting the green at the Redskins Charity Golf Classic. "He just had some things he had to get through. And it happens that way. It's not going to always be perfect. "You have to fight through a lot of stuff to get to where you're trying to go," he added of Reed, who appeared in only six games in 2017 because of lingering hamstring and toe injuries. "And I think he had to go through some things with the injuries and getting right. But this is going to be a fantastic year for Jordan Reed." The Redskins are hoping for a stellar season from Reed, the … [Read more...] about Redskins tight end Vernon Davis says 2018 will be a ‘fantastic year for Jordan Reed’

Conservative commentator Mark Levin blasted President Donald Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen for agreeing to a plea deal with prosecutors. "The general counsel for the Clinton mob family, Lanny Davis, he had his client plead to two counts of criminality that don't exist," Levin said Tuesday night on Fox News' "Hannity." "These campaign finance violations that is all over TV, they are saying implicates the president of the United States directly. "First, let's back up. It is a guilty plea," he continued. "It is a plea bargain between a prosecutor and a criminal. A criminal who doesn't want to spend the rest of his life in prison. That is not precedent. That applies only to that specific case. Nobody cites plea bargains for precedent. That's No. 1. "No. 2, just because a prosecutor says that somebody violated a campaign law doesn't make it so. He is not the judge. He is not the jury. We didn't adjudicate anything. It never went to court. That's No. 2." Cohen said in Manhattan … [Read more...] about Mark Levin: ‘Lanny Davis Blew It’
