Kanye West is officially back with new music. The rapper drops his eighth studio album on Friday, and to celebrate he invited an exclusive group of celebrities, reporters and music industry types to Jackson Hole, Wyoming for a private listening party. Kim Kardashian West, Chris Rock, Jonah Hill and more were among the familiar faces spotted by fellow attendees. Others who documented their getaway to the mountainous state on Thursday evening included rappers 2 Chainz, Ty Dolla Sign, Pusha T, Desiigner and Teyana Taylor. According to TMZ, the last-minute soiree was held at a ranch outside Jackson Hole, where West has been working on his follow up to 2016's "The Life of Pablo." The European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition has issued a lengthy preliminary report of its ongoing sector inquiry into the e-commerce of goods and digital content. The sector-wide inquiry was launched on May 6, 2015, in the context of a wider legislative initiative by the Commission implementing its Digital Single Market strategy. The ongoing inquiry and impending future enforcement actions will have major implications on the law and enforcement of product distribution in Europe, both online and offline.The purpose of the European Commission’s inquiry is to identify features of e-commerce within the European Union that effect online and offline distribution strategies and raise barriers to competition. The sector inquiry itself will not result in infringement findings. Ahead of the implementation of GST, the Finance Minister has approved reorganisation of field formations of the Central Board of Excise & Customs (CBEC).The CBEC is being renamed as the Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC), after getting legislative approval.Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has given the go-ahead to the reorganisation to make way for implementation and enforcement of the proposed GST laws. In addition to its mandate with respect to central excise levy and customs functions, the CBIC shall supervise the work of all its field formations and directorates.
