The visiting Dragons looked strong going into the match. Zach Allmon helped the team to a 22-16 lead after the first quarter. However, the Wings kept their nerve with Quinton Doggett scoring 11 points, shortening the gap to 38-39. Taking full advantage of playing at home, the Wings led the Catfish 23-22 after the first quarter. The Catfish fought back in the next period, pouring in 29 points to lead 52-40 at the half.
