A prominent royal biographer has said that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle 's police protection should be restored to the couple's pre-royal retirement level when they are in Britain "before it's too late." Omid Scobie, notable for his co-authored biography of Harry and Meghan in 2020 titled Finding Freedom , has written in a new column for Yahoo! News that the decision to reduce Harry's police protection when he stepped away from his role as a full-time working member of the royal family comes across as "the Establishment punishing Harry, yet again, for breaking away from the Firm and sharing his experiences publicly." Prince Harry could return to the U.K. in a new role but possibly without Meghan Markle , according to Princess Diana's former bodyguard. Ken Wharfe protected Diana from 1987 to 1993, sharing her life through some of the most turbulent years of her marriage to Prince Charles and harassment by the media. For a year before he was assigned solely to the princess, Wharfe also headed up the security detail for Princes William and Harry, meeting the brothers when they were just five and three-years-old. The former police protection officer has become a regular royal commentator since he left Diana's service in 1993 citing her "erratic behavior" at the time of her separation from Charles as a contributing factor for handing in his resignation. Bayern Munich chief executive Oliver Kahn has not ruled out the possibility of signing Tottenham striker Harry Kane this summer as a potential replacement for Robert Lewandowski. The Post reported Thursday that “classified documents relating to nuclear weapons were among the items FBI agents sought,” but lacked specific details about the information contained in the alleged documents. Britain’s cheapest petrol station is attracting motorists from as far as 50-miles away after it started selling fuel for £1.58 a litre. Dale Head Community Garage in Hawkes, North Yorkshire , is a non-for-profit community enterprise that keeps its fuel prices low. Motorists have been queuing up to fill up their vehicles as prices are as little as 1.58p per litre for petrol and 1.68p for diesel. This compares to the national average fuel prices of 1.80p for unleaded and 1.90p for diesel. The station is also entitled to a 5p per litre Government rebate because of its isolated location. BELFAST, Maine (AP) — A private shipyard is preparing for a painstaking stem-to-stern restoration of a floating piece of presidential history. The Sequoia is a 1925 motor yacht that served eight presidents before being sold by President Jimmy Carter in 1977. French & Webb, a custom boat building company, was tapped for the restoration by the current owner. Strict guidelines must be followed because the vessel is on the National Register of Historic Places. “It’s slowly happening, but the needle is moving,” Todd French told the Bangor Daily News. For now, the 104-foot vessel remains under a white tarp. Behind the scenes, workers have created a three-dimensional model because the original design plans couldn't be found, and assembled materials including longleaf pine from the Southeast and white oak from Denmark. It is understood Gareth Southgate has chosen the Souq Hotel in Qatar because of its peaceful location by the beach . Adam Thompson, 28, went through an emotional rollercoaster when the death of his dad Mark, at the age of just 57, was followed by the birth of his own son Marley this year. Mark encouraged him to stick with the game that would become his life's passion, taking him to coaching sessions from the age of seven. Adam initially hated the sport - he would cry, scream and walk off the pitch. He only gave it another shot when his dad coaxed him back with a shiny new pair of boots, which he credits with winning him over and getting him to persevere.
