A COUPLE who quit the London rat race lived in a shipping container in Welsh countryside while setting up their own canoe business. Clare and Aubrey Fry, 37, opted for a quieter life in Hay-On-Wye in Powys, where they helped Aubrey's mum expand her farm to a camping and bed & breakfast venture. But before long they landed on the idea of buying a canoe hire business - and re-branded it to "Want To Canoe?". “I thought it was crazy!" said Clare, 34. "It was such a curveball - it came out of nowhere.
