Bradley Nigh was told by a dealer in Virginia that the financing on his SUV had fallen through. According to the court decision, the dealer, Koons Buick Pontiac GMC, also “falsely told” Nigh that his trade-in had been sold, which put pressure on him to sign a new contract.
