SEOUL (Reuters) – A South Korean fighter jet crashed southeast of Seoul on Thursday, leaving two pilots presumed dead, the air force said. The jet was unrelated to U.S.-South Korean military drills taking place in South Korea this month. The annual joint military exercises were delayed by about a month for the Winter Olympics and to help create conditions for a resumption of talks between North and South Korea. The F-15 jet was returning to base from conducting air manoeuvres when it crashed, an air force official said. He did not comment on the possible cause. close Video Kurtz: Why Dreamers deal has hit a wall 'MediaBuzz' host Howard Kurtz weighs in on President Trump declaring in an Easter tweet that 'DACA is dead.' But is that true? President Trump declared in an Easter tweet that "DACA is dead." But is that true? Or is this just the president's attempt to put more pressure on the Democrats to reach a deal? Must build Wall and secure our borders with proper Border legislation." In a brief exchange with reporters yesterday, Trump was asked about the dreamers, whose fate is now tied up in the courts. "The Democrats have really let them … [Read more...] about Trump pronounces last rites for DACA deal. But is it really dead?

WASHINGTON -- President Donald Trump demanded Monday that Congress pass new border legislation using the "Nuclear Option if necessary" to muscle it through the Senate - a drastic change in rules the Republican leader has previously dismissed.Trump tweeted that the U.S. must build a border wall, but argued that "Democrats want No Borders, hence drugs and crime!" He also said that a deal to help "Dreamer" immigrants is "dead because the Democrats didn't care or act." Trump has previously called for the "nuclear option" - changing Senate rules to end the filibuster. But Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has dismissed that option in the past, saying Republicans will welcome the filibuster if they return to being the Senate minority.RELATED: Hundreds of students march in San Jose to call for change in CongressThe White House did not immediately answer questions about Trump's tweets.
