NEW DELHI: Making it a practice to feature a doodle on voting day, Google India featured an inked finger in its doodle on Monday marking the fourth phase of Lok Sabha elections 2019 . The doodle was also featured in first three phases of polling which also provided information about the voting procedure. The reach of doodle is limited to India which marks the largest democratic voting exercise underway. In the fourth phase of Lok Sabha elections, 72 Lok Sabha seats will go to polls in nine states. Spreading awareness about voting process is even more crucial this time, as 1.6 crore people will be first time voters between the age of 18-19 years old. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services removed a presentation called "Marketplace Outreach: Best Practices for Outreach to Latino Communities" from one of its Web pages sometime in late September, according to a report released last week from the Sunlight Foundation, a nonpartisan government watchdog group.
