Arizona Cardinals Quarterback Kyler Murray Doesn’t Attend OTAs

May 24, 2022 by dailycaller.com

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray won’t be participating in OTAs. OTAs started Monday for the Cardinals and the dual-threat quarterback was a no-show as he attempts to land a new contract. In case fans were holding out hope he might eventually show up, don’t expect it to happen. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football) Adam Schefter reported that Murray won’t participate at all as “all continues to remain quiet on his contract front.” Cardinals’ QB Kyler Murray will not be at Arizona’s OTAs this week, as expected. All continues to remain quiet on his contract front, for now. — Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) May 23, 2022 Now, is this a reason for Cardinals fans to panic? I think the answer to that is obvious and the answer is no. OTAs are voluntary, and it’d be surprising if Murray had participated. Generally speaking, when you’re pushing for a new contract, you don’t show up to anything that … [Read more...] about Arizona Cardinals Quarterback Kyler Murray Doesn’t Attend OTAs

Catholic Cardinal, Others Arrested on Hong Kong Security Law

May 13, 2022 by english.chosun.com

May 13, 2022 08:16 A 90-year-old Roman Catholic cardinal, a singer and at least two others have been arrested in Hong Kong on suspicion of colluding with foreign forces to endanger China's national security, in an action widely condemned as a further sign of Beijing's erosion of rights in the city. The arrests further expand a blanket crackdown on all forms of dissent in the city that appears increasingly vindictive in prosecuting actions performed prior to the enactment of the national security law. The crackdown is penetrating further into the city's long-respected economic, religious and educational institutions, along with non-governmental organizations, many of which have closed down their Hong Kong operations. A police statement said arrests were made Wednesday against two men and two women between the ages of 45 and 90 who were trustees of the 612 Humanitarian Relief Fund, which provided legal aid to people who took part in 2019 pro-democracy protests that were … [Read more...] about Catholic Cardinal, Others Arrested on Hong Kong Security Law

Time to Buy the Dip? A Look at What’s Happening in the Crypto Market

May 13, 2022 by www.news18.com

There seems to be no end to this free-falling trajectory of cryptos in recent times. More than $500 billion worth of value evaporated from the markets over the last week. And slipping to $1.2 trillion, even the global crypto market capitalisation took a very serious beating. All major cryptos like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and more continue to paint the market in double-digit losses. Recent data from the Bloomberg Galaxy Crypto Index (BGCI) suggests that over the past month, cryptocurrencies have delivered negative returns of about 33.9%. In fact, return generation in this space has only gone southwards since 2020. Back then, you would’ve made a whopping 305.1% return on your investments. Cut to 2021, the returns reasoned out 59.8%. In 2022, this figure is a disheartening 41.5%. And if analysts are to be believed, it’s not over yet. What’s the Mood? It’s safe to say that over the last week, bloodshed, historic falls and carnage is all that global markets have witnessed. And … [Read more...] about Time to Buy the Dip?
