By Kate Kelland LONDON, (Reuters) - - Millions of women and babies could avoid untimely deaths if international donors step up to replenish a global health fund so it can expand to 50 countries, the philanthropist Melinda Gates said on Tuesday. The co-chair of the multi-billion-dollar Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation told Reuters she and her husband see the Global Financing Facility (GFF), a fund aimed specifically at maternal, newborn and child health, as an investment in "human capital" that will swiftly show meaningful, measurable results. After putting in a tentative $75 million (£57.4 million) of support for the GFF when it was first set up in 2015, the Gates Foundation will this week commit another $200 million at a replenishment meeting in Norway "because we are seeing it work," Melinda Gates said. Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The Ministry of Social Affairs will collaborate with the National Indonesian National Welfare Council (DNIKS) to build entrepreneurship from the grassroots level based on the industrial revolution 4.0, in order to build social welfare. "The Ministry of Social Affairs and DNIKS will focus more on improving and building entrepreneurship at the grassroots level," Social Minister Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita said in Jakarta on Thursday. The minister stated this while opening the National Social Welfare Conference X and National Meeting of DNIKS 2018 in Balai Agung City Hall of DKI Jakarta, adding that entrepreneurship should not be outdated but must adapt to the existing dynamics. Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc made the remark on March 2 in a written response to a question on the issue raised by National Assembly deputy Ta Van Ha of Bac Lieu province. He said the Government is stepping up efforts to build an e-Government to serve administrative reforms, which has resulted in positive outcomes over the years. In 2016, Vietnam was ranked 89th among 193 countries in the United Nations E-Government Development Index (EGDI). Notably, the online services index jumped eight places from the previous EGDI in 2014 to 74th. Twenty-six ministries, ministry-level agencies and those directly subordinate to the Government along with all 63 provinces and centrally-run cities have had their document management systems inter-connected.
