The loss drops the Rampage to 3-10-0-0, ranking last in the AHL standings with six points. Bakersfield is 5-4-0-0. Bakersfield opened the scoring with a goal from Logan Day at 6:17 of the first period, and San Antonio answered when Bobby MacIntyre tallied off assists from Nolan Stevens and LaLeggia at 17:34. LaLeggia, who played 198 games with Bakersfield during the past three seasons, scored at 3:34 of the second period, with Stevens and MacIntyre earning assists. Victims, gunman in Bakersfield shooting rampage identified

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- Authorities have identified the gunman and all five victims of a shooting rampage in Bakersfield, California.Kern County Sheriff Donny Youngblood says 54-year-old Javier Casarez used a .50-caliber handgun in the shootings Wednesday evening. Youngblood has also clarified that one of the victims was Casarez's former wife, 45-year-old Petra Maribel Bolanos De Casarez.WARNING: Some may find this video disturbing. Viewer discretion is advised. Court documents show their divorce was finalized in April. They had three children.Casarez shot 50-year-old Manuel Contreras and Casarez's ex-wife at a trucking company, then pursued 50-year-old Antonio Valadez from that scene and killed him. The bloody rampage began about 5:20 p.m. when the suspect and his wife went to a trucking company and confronted a man there, said Kern County Sheriff Donny Youngblood at a news conference. Youngblood said the suspect shot and killed the man, then turned the gun on his wife before chasing down and fatally shooting a second man who showed up during the altercation. The suspect then went to a nearby home and gunned down two others, Youngblood said. Afterward, the suspect carjacked a mother and child, said Youngblood, adding that they were not harmed. A sheriff’s deputy spotted the suspect driving on Edison Highway and confronted him at gunpoint when he pulled into a parking lot. BAKERSFIELD, Calif. -- Six people were killed in two separate but related shootings in Bakersfield, officials said.The suspect is among the six fatalities, killing himself after being confronted by a sheriff's deputy, officials said. The incident was first reported around 5:20 p.m. when deputies responded to a trucking business on a report of shots being fired.Apparently a husband and wife showed up at the business and confronted someone there, and the husband shot and killed that person, police said.Another person then showed up and fired at the suspect, but was also killed by the suspect.The suspect then drove to a residential home, shot two more people and then went to Fillmore, where he hijacked a vehicle. A woman and child in the vehicle escaped safely.
