Bosses at Bottoms Up Espresso want to launch a new branch of the chain in California - but the idea has left some locals frothing. The coffee company, which already operates six locations in the US state, has pushed residents in Chico to boiling point with the plan, reports the Enterprise-Record. And City Manager Mark Orme has revealed he has received numerous phone and email complaints about the business - before it has even opened its doors.
