Nobody going home with $448 million. No cigar. That, of course, did not mean that millions of Americans didn’t try. It just means that all those strategies and prayers and weird little rituals that people employ in the hopes of striking it rich failed to inspire even one participant to pick these six numbers: 18, 36, 45, 47, 69 and 14. While it may not have been a marquee night for the Powerball lottery, at least a couple of people went home with huge paydays.The winning numbers on Saturday night were 5, 6, 45, 55 and 59, with a Powerball number of 14. The Power Play multiplier this time around was 3X, so players had the opportunity to triple their winnings if they were lucky enough to get it.Nobody managed to get the jackpot or the Match 5 prize with the Power Play multiplier, but two lucky winners did snag the Match 5 prize of $1 million.
