A private lawsuit alleging the illegal sale of unlicensed securities and securities fraud was recently filed against the promoters of a highly successful initial coin offering, as well as other persons, in a state court in California. Bridging the Week: October 31 to November 4 and November 7, 2016 (Regulation AT Amended; Audit Partners; EFRPs; Form 40; Brexit) [VIDEO]

· November 7, 2016 ·

Last week, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission published its highly anticipated supplemental notice of proposed rulemaking regarding Regulation Automated Trading, initially released in November 2015. Unrelatedly, beginning November 18, a new Form 40 must be used by CFTC reportable traders and … [Read more...] about Bridging the Week: October 31 to November 4 and November 7, 2016 (Regulation AT Amended; Audit Partners; EFRPs; Form 40; Brexit) [VIDEO]

President Trump’s daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, commented on how his presidency will be viewed by future generations.“We all know we are fighting on the right side of history,” Lara Trump told ‘Fox & Friends’ while answering a question about how the Trump family deals with critics. “We all sleep well at night knowing that we are behind a man who is leading this country in the right direction, who will go down in history as one of the greatest presidents we’ve ever had.”While some may not agree with her assertion, President Trump most likely would, considering he’s repeatedly touted his accomplishments as president.RELATED: Lara Trump over the years 67 PHOTOS Lara Trump over the years See Gallery Lara Trump over the years Portrait of, from left, (future married couple) model Melania Knauss and real estate developer Donald Trump, Trump's son, Eric, and the latter's … [Read more...] about Trump’s daughter-in-law says Trump will be viewed as ‘one of the greatest presidents’ ever
