may have thought his worst days were behind him when he was fired after only 24 days as National Security Advisor, but it seems that things are about to get way worse, and really fast. The House Oversight Committee just finished its review of classified documents relating to Flynn, and it sure sounds like Flynn broke the law.First, Flynn accepted payments exceeding $65,000 from companies linked to Russia in 2015 – $45,000 of which was Flynn’s speaking fee paid by RT, the Russian government’s English language television channel. This is a problem. Under federal law, former military officers need to get approval for foreign employment. And while there is a charming photo of Flynn sitting next to Vladimir V. Putin at the RT gala following Flynn’s speech, there isn’t any paper trail of Flynn’s having asked permission before his keynote. The House Oversight Committee was not amused by Flynn’s little lapse in paperwork. EXCLUSIVE: Federal Report on Former Penn State President Concluded There Was No Cover-up
Consequently, I believe (as do several others extremely close to the defense team) that there is a very good chance that they will be unfairly convicted. As was proven by the utterly nonsensical verdict in the civil trial of Mike McQueary (the former Penn State assistant football coach who finally claimed, ten years after the event happened, with the incorrect date/month/year, that he witnessed Sandusky sexually abusing a boy in a Penn State shower), the jury pool in Pennsylvania is just too polluted on this topic for justice to easily prevail. While I have no connection to Penn State, for most of the past six years I have made the biggest mistake of my entire life/career and have investigated the whole case more thoroughly and objectively than anyone else of which I am aware. Among many things, I am the only person to extensively interview Sandusky himself on the record (for about six hours in prison, on two different occasions) and the only media … [Read more...] about EXCLUSIVE: Federal Report on Former Penn State President Concluded There Was No Cover-up
How Former PSU President Graham Spanier Got Convicted For Something He Didn’t Do
Over five years after the story exploded and became the most controversial scandal in the history of college sports, former Penn State University President Graham Spanier was finally acquitted today of the “conspiracy” charge against him, but convicted on only one of two charges of “endangering the welfare of a child.” He was found guilty of something for which there is no evidence nor logic indicating that he committed a crime and, most amazingly, it happened without his lawyers even putting on a case.Despite having no connection to Penn State, I have investigated the entire “Jerry Sandusky Scandal” on almost a full-time basis, for no money, for most of the past five years. I have spoken to Spanier for many hours and dealt with him extensively. I also attended his trial and I am 100% positive that he never had any idea that Sandusky might have been a pedophile, and that he acted almost exactly as he should have throughout the entire situation. So, … [Read more...] about How Former PSU President Graham Spanier Got Convicted For Something He Didn’t Do
Jared Kushner’s Security Clearance Better Be Revoked, and Here’s Why
Hillary Clinton has got to be sitting back, watching cable news, and laughing herself to sleep.Yesterday, 40+ Democratic members of the House of Representatives sent the following letter to White House Chief of Staff Reince Preibus:2017-06-21. Dem Members to White House COS Re. Flynn Kushner Clearances-2 by LawNewz on ScribdJared Kushner, Michael Flynn, and “other White House Officials.” Those clearances, according to the letter (as under all principles of basic common sense), should have been suspended while allegations against these individuals were under investigation. The letter specifically bases its contentions on Executive Order 12968 – issued in 1995 by President Bill Clinton. That EO set out a number of requirements for eligibility for and review of security clearance, as well as specific guidance for different categories of clearance-holders.Security clearances can be a complex matter; outright revocation of a clearance would trigger … [Read more...] about Jared Kushner’s Security Clearance Better Be Revoked, and Here’s Why
