Technological advances and digitalization during the pandemic have changed many things. One of the significant changes that occurred in buying and selling activities were the public’s shopping patterns, which changed from the conventional way, namely meeting buyers in the market, to shopping online. So that the pattern of people approaching goods changes to a pattern of goods approaching the community.
Business actors, including in the MSME retail sector, have also taken advantage of online platforms to sell their products. The rapid growth of e-commerce has created its own opportunities and challenges for the development of the logistics sector. Thus, the public, both as buyers and sellers, are increasingly aware of technology, and are increasingly able to take advantage of technological advances.
