February 14, 2019 nationmultimedia Leave a Comment

The party can submit its written testimony to the court within seven days of receiving the intimation from the court. The first hearing will take place on February 27, according to the press release. The Election Commission yesterday filed a case to the court against Thai Raksa Chart for allegedly breaching the Political Party Law last week by nominating Princess Ubolratana as its prime-ministerial candidate.  The law prohibits any actions that violate democratic rule under constitutional monarchy, with the threat of party dissolution.
