CHANCELLOR Philip Hammond will unveil a budget for the final time before Brexit this afternoon. Amid speculation about where the cash will come to fund increased spending in the NHS, here’s your guide to what to look out for and what we already know. What time does Budget 2018 start and how to watch Philip Hammond on TV or stream online The budget is on Monday, October 29 at 3.30pm and it will be broadcast at live on BBC 1 from 3pm. You can also watch it on the BBC News Channel on Sky channel 503, Virgin media channel 601 or Freeview channel 107. The budget will also be streamed live on BBC Parliament through BBC iPlayer from 3.30pm but you have to register in order to log in. The budget is earlier than usual this year to avoid clashing with the final stage of Brexit negotiations in November. Mr Hammond is also delivering it on a Monday rather than on a Wednesday after Theresa May’s Prime Minister’s Questions as is normally the case.
