The body of a woman, believed to be in her 20s or 30s, was spotted about 2:15 p.m. Wednesday at the entrance of a parking garage at LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch, 2700 Commercial Center Blvd. The identity of the woman has not been released. The cause of death remains under investigation but foul play does not appear to have been involved, officials said. “We’re still trying to determine what happened,” said Bob Haenel, a Fort Bend County sheriff’s spokesman.
